Chief Makes Knock on Dryer Fire in West Bradford

On Tuesday February 11th at 1616 hrs the Modena Fire Company was dispatched to assist the West Bradford Fire Company on a dwelling fire at 2405 West Chester Road in West Bradford Township.

Battalion 49 and Chief 37 both arrived at 1621, Battalion 49 reported smoke showing from a one story rancher, resident was reporting a dryer fire. Chief 37 geared up and made entry into the dwelling and found a dryer fire that was contained, the chief hit the fire with an extinguisher.

Crews from all companies arrived and removed the dryer from the residents and ventilated.

The fire was placed under control at 1630
