The Modena Fire Company was dispatched for an automobile fire at 1513 hours in front of 873 Fairview Road in East Fallowfield.

Assistant 37 (Bryant) and Engine 37-3 with a crew of 5 made the response and was advised police report fire in engine compartment.

Assistant 37 arrived and advised pick up truck well involved.

Engine 37-3 arrived and deployed an 1-3/4 hand line and crews extinguished the fire placing it under control a short time later.

Engine 37-3 cleared the scene around 1600 hours
