It is with deepest regrets and heavy hearts that the Modena Fire Company announces the passing of long time member Tillie Lavender on April 29, 2020

Tillie joined the company in 1980 and was very active in the lady's auxiliary and fundraising.

Tillie is the mother of Past Chief John Lavender and many other members of the company would say she was like a mother to them as well, She will surely be missed.

The crews will defiantly miss her cooking, and that amazing Fried Chicken.
