Two Piece Engine Company goes to Working Dwelling in City

On Monday December 4, 2017 the Modena Fire Company was alerted at 1439 to assist the Coatesville Fire Department on a working dwelling fire at 766 E. Chestnut St.

Engine’s 37-1 and 2 both made the response with crews of 4 each, on arrival crews went to work assisting on fire suppression and overhaul.

Traffic 37 made the response and assisted closing roads in the area.

The fire was brought under control at 1512 with all units working.

Modena units remained on scene cleaning up until 1702 and then returned to station 41 to help city units get back in service.
