Engine Goes to Caln Township on Working Fire

Shortly after 9pm tonight Stations 38, 76, Ladder 41, Engine 37, Tanker and Engine 39 and RIT 47 were dispatched to the 200blk of Caranel Circle for the house fire.

Engine 38, Rescue 38, Chief 38, Deputy 38, Assistant 38, Traffic, Utility and Squad 38 along with Engine 76, Ladder 41-2, Engine 37 all went responding within a minute of dispatch. Crews arrived to find smoke showing from the 3rd floor of a 3 story middle of the row town home.

Fire could be seen from a 3rd floor window the rear of the structure. Crews pulled several hand lines and quickly went into service. While interior crews work to extinguish the flames crews from Ladder 41-2 went to the roof to provide ventilation for interior crews.

Due to a quick response and fast work on scene the fire was quickly knocked down and no injuries were reported.
