On July 29th, 2018 The Modena Fire Company Ambulance was dispatched to assist the West Bradford Fire Company and neighboring agencies on a reported house fire.

Ambulance 37-2 made the response along with Chief 39 and the other neighboring agencies to be given the report by the Chester County 911 Center of heavy smoke coming from the basement. Engine 39-1 was first arriving reporting light smoke showing from the "D" side and stretched a supply line up to the scene as Engine 38 was directed to establish a water supply from the closest fire hydrant.

The fire was placed under control at 20:35 and the Chester County Fire Marshals were requested to the scene. Ambulance 37-2 cleared the scene at 20:56.
