On Friday afternoon November 29, 2019 the Modena Fire Company was dispatched at 1414 along with several mutual add companies for a report of an out building (Shed) fire on the 2100 block of Strasburg Road in East Fallowfield Township.

Chief 37 (Dowlin) arrived at 1416 report a 10x12 shed fully involved and on the ground already, he held the assignment to 37 and 44.

Engine 37-1 arrived and stretched a 1 ¾ hand line to the rear of the address and extinguished to fire, Crews from 37 and 44 pulled the rubbish apart to put out hot spots.

East Fallowfield and Chester County Fire Marshals were called out to investigate the cause of ignition.
