On March 24th 2021 in the morning just after 11:30am Modena Fire Company along with units from Coatesville, VA Hospital, Westwood, East Brandywine, Keystone Valley, Minquas, and Tower Health were dispatched to the 100blk of Modena Rd for the house fire.

Deputy 37 was in the area and arrived before dispatch and confirmed he had smoke showing and asked for the working fire dispatch.

Ladder 41-2 arrived next followed by Engine 43-1 and Engine 37-1, a 5 inch supply line was into the scene and crews stretched a 1 3/4 handline.

The fire was able to be quickly knocked down and was placed under control in less than 10 minutes. At that time the assignment was scaled back to units from Modena, Coatesville, VA Hospital, and EMS.

The Fire was held to the room of origin being the bathroom.
