It is with deepest regrets and heavy hearts that the Modena Fire Company announces the passing of life member Barry "TAG" Gathercole on May 2nd 2022.

Tag was a staple in the communities working as road foreman in both South Coatesville and East Fallowfield Township.

Tag was always a big supporter of the fire company and over the year could be seen driving our apparatus during the day to help with day time shortages.

Over the past two years Tag put up one hell of a fight in had battle with cancer, and through this battle continued to inspirer us all to never give up.

The officers and members send our deepest condolences to the Gathercole family, and would like you to know you're in our hearts and prayers.

Rest easy our friend we got it from here brother.
