On June 5th, at 9:38pm, an alert came through for Modena Fire Company regarding an accident that had resulted in a fire. Assistant 37, Bryant, was quick to respond and on arrival, he confirmed a fire in the engine compartment. Subsequently, Chief 37, Dowlin, arrived and took charge of the situation, establishing command on West Chester Road.

Engine 37-2, with its six-person crew, was promptly on the scene. Thanks to their swift response and teamwork, the fire was brought under control within minutes of their arrival. The crews remained at the scene for an hour, ensuring that the situation was completely secure.
