October 24, 2025, at 0153 The Modena Fire Company was alerted to assist the Thorndale Fire Company on a apartment building fire in the gulf club apartment section of Caln Township.

A 49 officer was first to arrive on scene minutes after dispatch reporting fire showing from the C side of the building, Engine 38 arrived taking first due engine lying in from the hydrant, Ladder 41 arrived and took first due special, Engine 49-2 arrived taking second due engine.

Crews worked together to make a quick knock on the fire holding it to the apartment of origan, ventilation was done to two other adjacent apartments. The Fire was placed under control at 0218 with all hands working.

Modena Units cleared the scene at 0259.
