On November 6th, 2025, at 19:14 Modena Fire Company along with area mutual aid were dispatched to the 900 block of Buck Run Road in East Fallowfield Township for a reported house fire.

Responding units were advised by the Chester County 911 Center that the caller reported smoke on the first floor with a report of animals inside of the residence.

Deputy 44 (Scott) arrived and confirmed fire showing on the Charlie side Division 1 and requested a "Working Fire Dispatch". The working fire dispatch added additional companies to the assignment along with utilities and Chester County Fire Marshal's. Rescue 44 was the initial arriving piece, and they began suppression efforts. Engine 37 took second due engine split laying a supply line before it's crew made a interior push on the fire. Command was established and as mutual aid units arrived, they were given their assignments.

The fire was placed under control at 19:39 with extensive overhaul being performed by crews on the scene. A notification was made to the Red Cross for 1 resident who was displaced due to the fire.
