| On Wednesday evening September 23, 2009 the Modena Fire Company was dispatched at 2137 hours to a reported auto accident at Youngsburg Road and Branford Way in South Coatesville Borough.
Captain Wallace was first to arrive on scene reporting two vehicles blocking with two to be checked by EMS. Tac 37 and Ambulance 37-2 responded and were directed to enter the scene from Upper Gap Road. Traffic 37 and fire police closed Youngsburg Road between Lower and Upper Gap Roads.
Both operators of the vehicles involved were out of their vehicle and had no real complaints; however one of them still went to the hospital to be checked. Tac 37 crew controlled hazards and cleaned up debris off the road. Flings towing arrived with two trucks and removed the cars from the scene.
All units cleared the scene at 2224 hours. |
