Ambulance Assist To Po-Mar-Lin Fire Company For A Rollover Accident

On April 25th 2012, At 12:23 the Modena Fire Company was dispatched for an ambulance to assist the Po-Mar-Lin Fire Company on a vehicle accident.

Asst. 36 (Wells) and Ambulance 37-1 responded shortly after dispatch and were advised by the 911 center of a 2 vehicle accident at Routes 841 and 842 with 1 vehicle leaving the roadway and had possibly rolled over several times.

Asst. 36 was the first to arrive at 12:32 to confirm the report with all occupants out of the vehicle. Asst Chief Wells advised Ambulance 37-1 that they would have 1 patient with a head laceration. Ambulance 37-1 arrived on the scene at 12:36 and immediately started treating the Pt. Rescue 36 arrived at 12:39 and was given orders by Asst. Chief Wells to direct traffic and control the hazards on the vehicle.

Ambulance 37-1 cleared the scene with a patient refusal at 12:51 while Rescue 36 remained to assist PSPA with traffic control.
