On Wednesday April 2 2014 the Modena Ambulance was alerted to assist the ArcelorMittal Fire Department with an accident with entrapment.

Chief 75 called the incident in requesting a rescue truck and ambulance to the scene, Rescue 44 and Ambulance 37-2 were alerted and arrived on scene to find a tractor trailer with a dump bed had overturned crushing the cab and trapping the driver.

Rescue crews from 75, 44, and 37 work together on the prolonged extrication and later removed the patient which was transported by Ambulance 37-1 and Medic 93.
