On Monday evening December 22nd 2014, the members of the Modena Fire Company gathered at the station to enjoy a Holiday dinner.

Members, families, and friend all gathered around 6pm, President Bryant addressed the guest thanking them for the past years hard work and a blessing was given. Everyone enjoyed each other’s favored dish that was brought to go along with the two big turkeys cook earlier in the day.

A good time was had by all however work never stops, during dinner the Fire Police were alerted to close Doe Run Road in East Fallowfield for a police incident.

Following dinner a borough representative was on hand to swear in the Fire Police for the 2015 year, Fire Police member stood up front and read the oath given by our Borough representative.

Following the Fire Police Searing in, member spent the next hour packing the Christmas candy, 800 bags of candy which will be handed out during our annual Santa on the fire truck detail.
