On Saturday evening February 21 2015 shortly after 8pm, the Modena Fire Company was dispatched to a reported accident at Youngsburg Road and Upper Gap Road in East Fallowfield.

Chief 37 made the response and was advised of a one vehicle accident v/s tree with a tree down in the road way. Ambulance 37-2, Engine 37-3, and Traffic 37 all made the response, Ambulance 37-2 was first to arrive confirming the report. Chief 37 arrived and established Youngsburg Command.

The operator was out of the vehicle and was transported to local hospital, Engine 37-3 crew removed the tree from the road and vehicle, Traffic 37 and additional fire police closed the road.

The truck left the road on upper gap road went about 100 yards through a field and then down an embankment taking out trees before coming to rest on Youngsburg road, luckily the operator did not receive an major injuries.

Company cleared the scene around 9pm.
