On Sunday morning March 29, 2015 Six members of the Modena Fire Company met at the station around 0630 and took Engine 37-2 for a short ride west to cover the Keystone Valley Fire Department for the day.

Keystone requested the standby so that their members could travel to the West Chester Fire School to the burn building for a day of training.

Modena member took to opportunity to catch up on some rest as some of them were up most of the night running multiple EMS calls and all of them were woke up at 0500 for a CO Alarm in South Coatesville.

KVFD wrapped up their training around noon and returned to the main station bring lunch back for the Modena crew before releasing then for the day.

We would like to thank Chief Gathercole and the rest of the KVFD for their hospitality and look forward to working with you in the future.
