On Saturday afternoon November 14, 2015 the Modena Fire Company was alerted to assist Westwood on a corn field fire in the 600 unit block of Buck Run Road in East Fallowfield.

Engine 37-2 and Brush 37 made the immediate response and on scene went in service controlling the fire. Brush 37 went into the corn field and worked the outer edges of the fire. Engine 37-2 pulled in a drive way and stretched a forestry line to the rear of the structure, set up for brush truck filling and was supplied by Engine 44-5.

All unit worked to bring the fire under control for approximately 90 minutes before clearing the scene available.
