January 19, 2016

On this date Station 37 was dispatched for 2 engines to assist Coatesville City with smoke from a dwelling. Chief 43 arrived shortly after dispatch reporting smoke from a 2nd floor rear window. City units along with Engine 76 had the bulk of the fire knocked down upon the arrival of 37 units. Engines 37-2 and 37-3 assisted with laddering the structure and outside ventilation as crews from the city and Engine 76 worked inside to overhaul the fire rooms. Traffic 37 assisted with shutting down Pennsylvania Ave south of the fire scene.

Station 37 was placed available on scene in less than 1 hour assisting Ladder 41 Engine 43 with repacking their hose.
