On Wednesday evening February 15, 2017, the Modena Fire Company was dispatched at 21:26 hours for full company to assist Coatesville on a Dwelling fire on Chester Avenue in the City.

Coatesville was originally dispatched for a reported stove fire, once making the response were notified of a working fire and upgraded the assignment which added Modena, Thorndale, and Coatesville VA.

Engine 37-1 and Engine 37-2 arrived and their crews went to work assisting with fire suppression and overhaul. Ambulance 37-1 started to set up rehab as well as evaluate resident from fire.

The fire was quickly brought under control, crews remained on scene for about an hour.
