House Fire on Beechwood Drive in East Fallowfield Township

Station 37 was dispatched at 1628 to Beechwood Drive in East Fallowfield Township.

Battalion 37 went enroute and arrived on location to find smoke showing to the rear of the house.

Battalion 37 established Beechwood Command and advised Engine 37-1 to pull a hand-line through the garage door and bring hand tools and the TIC to the garage. Crews opened the wall to the rear of the garage to find a small fire.

First in engine 37-1 crew made a quick knock of the fire, finding that it was contained to that wall only.

Station 38 crew arrived on location and took a second line to the rear of the house with Deputy 44. Fire was placed under control at 1648. Ambulance 37-2 EMS crew evaluated one onscene.

Crews cleared the scene at 1804. On the behalf of the Modena Fire Company, we would like to extend our gratitude to all companies who assisted on the call as well as Station 31 for providing a relocate to station 37.
