On Friday March 10, 2017 the Modena Fire Company was dispatched at 0946 to assist station 8 for RIT on a reported out building fire on Old Racetrack Road in Parkesburg.

Engine 37-2 made the response, once on scene the RIT was stood down and crews went to work assisting with fire suppression and overhaul.

Fire was placed under control a short time later.

Engine 37-2 remained on scene until 1145.
