In the early morning hours of June 29th, 2017 The Modena Fire Company was dispatched at 0210 to the area of Doe Run Road and Long View Road in East Fallowfield for an auto accident.

Chief 37 (Dowlin) Ambulance 37-1 responded within minutes and were advised by the 911 center of a vehicle v/s pole with power outage reported in area. Ambulance 37-1 arrived to confirm the report with everyone out of the vehicle. The Accident location changed to Doe Run Road and Rokeby Road in West Marlborough.

Ambulance 37-1 transported one to a local trauma center, Engine 37-1 arrived and provided lighting and controlled hazards, Traffic 37 arrived and fire police closed the road between Long view and Covered Bridge Roads. units remained on the scene until the arrival of PSP Avondale and continued to keep the road shut until the arrival of the tow company and Peco.
