On Saturday, September 16, 2017, the Stone Creek development in East Fallowfield Township held their annual community day starting at 1400 hours.

Brush, Traffic 37, Engine 37-2, and Ambulance 37-1 traveled the short distance to the Stone Creek development, where volunteers and career staff displayed the apparatus and gear to the families. Adults and children alike enjoyed inspecting the equipment and climbing in and out of the apparatus and asking questions. Fire prevention materials were also distributed to the children, as well as plastic fire helmets and glow-in-the-dark mini footballs.

In addition to Modena Fire Company, there was also a bounce house for the kids, lawn games, and food catered by Southbound BBQ Company.

The Modena Fire Company would like to thank the residents of the Stone Creek development for the invitation to participate in their community day and for the food and drinks provided us as well. We hope your residents enjoyed having us as much as we enjoyed being there.
