We are like you - men and women of all walks of life having different careers. We are students, career firefighters and EMTs, health care workers, accountants, mechanics, engineers, managers, drivers and laborers. We are people who will leave our homes and families on a moments notice to aid in the rescue of those in need.
We are trained volunteer professionals who assist the people of our community in order to protect lives and property.

Firefighters, EMTs, Social Members Wanted
No prior experience necessary! We provide training as well as a place to meet friends and network throughout the community.

A Few Requirements...
-Applicants must be at least 16 years of age.
-You must agree to a criminal background check. Results will be reviewed by the membership.
-Every member joining the company will be on a one (1) year probation.
-Membership is decided upon majority vote.
We do not discriminate against personson the basis of age, gender, race, color, religion, handicap, veteran status, or sexual orientation.
What Can I Expect?
Those who are interested in becoming a firefighter or EMT may request to be on the active crew. Becoming an active crew member requires time and energy for training and calls. . You will be expected to attend fire and EMS calls as much as possible.
Emergencies happen unexpectedly, many at some of the most inconveniant times. Emergencies occur regardless of weather conditions or time of day. As a firefighter or EMT you can expect to loose sleep, miss meals and push yourself to limits beyond what you thought you were capable of. Firefighting is an inherently dangerous activity, as we run in while they run out.
What Do I Get From This ?
No pay and a set of turnout gear. New friends, and chances for networking are endless. As a member you are supporting the community with selfless acts of aid. Many people find this extremely rewarding and continue to volunteer for years to come.
