On Sunday September 26, 2021 the Modena Fire Company was alerted for an engine to assist the Coatesville City Fire Department in the 300 block of Valley Road for a dwelling.

Engine 43 had a walk in to the station reporting the fire and responded with smoke showing, arriving shortly after with a working fire on the C side of the structure.

Engine 37-2 with 5 arrived and it's crew was directed to check exposures for extension, Engine 37-2 was directed to the rear to provide water to Engine 43.

The fire was quickly brought under control and units remained on scene for a little over an hour.
