Coatesville ~ 600 block E Lincoln Hwy ~ Modena was dispatched this morning at 7:44am to 637 E Lincoln Hwy for a house fire. Initial reports were of smoke coming from the downstairs apartment. Ladder 41 arrived quickly and reported fire showing from the 1st floor of a 3 story twin. Engine 37-2 made the response.

Battalion 43 arrived and confirmed he had heavy fire on the "B" side and requested the working fire dispatch and a 2nd Alarm be dispatched.

Crews placed two lines in service and had the fire knocked quickly. As more crews arrived they began to open up and check for extension inside as well as outside of the residence. The fire was placed under control at 08:25hrs.

No injuries were reported.
